Limited Lifetime Global Warranty

We provide a Limited Lifetime Warranty program to ensure that our customers can enjoy RAWROW products for a long time. In this context, "Lifetime" refers to the period within the product's expected lifespan during which repairs are technically feasible. The duration and method of free repairs vary by product type; once the free warranty period expires, repair services will be available at a cost. 

• Warranty Coverage: Products purchased through official RAWROW retailers (pop-up stores, wholesale accounts, and online shops) 

• Verification Method: Proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order history 

• Products without Proof of Purchase: Warranty applies only if the following conditions are met: 

• The damage is repairable according to RAWROW’s repair standards 

• A manufacturing defect is confirmed through RAWROW’s inspection 

• Note: Separate terms and conditions may apply to corporate purchases, special distribution channels, and collaboration products

1. TRUNK 

• Within 7 days of purchase: Exchange or refund upon discovery of manufacturing defects 

• Within 2 years of purchase: Free repair for functional issues occurring during normal use

• After 2 years of purchase: Paid repair, provided that the repair is technically possible. 

• Repair Method: RAWROW will ship the necessary parts to the customer at its own expense and provide instructions for replacement

2. BAG 

• Within 7 days of purchase: Exchange or refund upon discovery of manufacturing defects

• Within 1 year of purchase: Free repair for confirmed manufacturing defects

• After 1 year of purchase: Paid repair, provided that the repair is technically possible. 

• Repair Method: Repairs will be handled through consultation after the case is registered with Customer Service (CS)

■ Warranty Exclusions 

Free warranty does not apply to the following cases 

1. Unverifiable Purchase Source: 

• Inability to provide proof of purchase, items bought from unauthorized retailers, or second-hand purchases (unless valid proof is provided or the warranty is registered under the owner’s name)

2. Accessories: Trunk covers, name tags, organizers, etc.

3. Normal Wear and Tear and Cosmetic Changes: 

• Changes due to material characteristics that do not affect functionality (scratches, coating wear, discoloration, rust, color transfer, etc.)

• Aluminum: Scratches, dents, marks, or stains

• Suede: Wear, pilling, or texture changes due to friction

• Leather: Differences in pattern/gloss/color, natural wrinkles, discoloration, stains, or color transfer

• Airline Handling: Cosmetic changes occurring during transit (scratches, stains, dirt, contamination, damaged accessories, etc.) 

4. External Damage and Misuse: 

• Compression, punctures, deformation, severe contamination, damage caused by contents, or damage from sharp objects/friction

• Damage caused by negligence of airlines or transportation companies (base plate damage, irreparable damage, etc.)

• Damage caused by chemicals such as solvents, benzene, gasoline, or thinners

• External damage occurring during shipping, handling, or storage

• Damage from exposure to UV rays, heat, humidity, moisture, or pollutants

• Improper use, structural damage, excessive loading, or the application of unreasonable force

• Deformation due to storage in high-temperature environments (e.g., car hoods, dashboards)

5. Improper Maintenance: 

• Damage caused by incorrect cleaning methods or storage

• Unauthorized repairs, modifications, or use of non-genuine parts

• Abnormal use that does not meet RAWROW standards

6. Miscellaneous: 

• Damage to contents, loss of time, expenses, other losses, incidental costs, or shipping fee compensation

• Visible repair marks or cosmetic traces of repair

• Damage caused by natural disasters, fire, or other force majeure events

■ Other Matters 

• This warranty is a limited warranty that guarantees repairs within a reasonable scope

• We strive to provide paid repairs or replacement parts even after the free warranty period; however, availability may vary by region and country

• If specific parts are unavailable, they may be replaced with parts of equivalent specifications; refunds will not be provided for this reason

• Visible traces of repair may remain after the service is completed

• Even if a repair is technically possible, an exchange may be a better alternative considering the product's quality and value in the following cases: 

• When the repair is expected to leave serious marks that decrease the product's value

• When the repair process is excessively complex or structurally limited

• When necessary materials or parts are discontinued, unavailable, or significantly delayed
